The New-York Historical Society's Bonnie and Richard Reiss Graduate Institute for Constitutional History (ICH) produces two seminars per year. The courses are designed for graduate students and junior faculty in history, political science, law, and related disciplines. There is no tuition or other charge for this seminar. The spring 2021 seminar will be presented virtually:
