The fellow will teach one course per semester in Israel Studies, in the relevant Brandeis department. The fellow is expected to be in residence at Brandeis University, participate actively in the intellectual life of the Schusterman Center for Israel Studies, and present at least one public lecture. There may also be an opportunity for participation in the Summer Institute for Israel Studies. The annual stipend is $52,500 plus a $3,000 research fund, and the position is benefits-eligible.
*A PhD must be in hand by September 1, 2018, and may not have been received more than five years prior.*
