The deadline for submitting paper and panel proposals for the 66th annual meeting of the New York State Association of European Historians has been extended to Friday, June 10. The meeting will be held at University at Albany, SUNY on September 30-October 1, 2016. We invite proposals for papers on any topic in European history or Europe's relationships with the wider global community.We strongly encourage graduate student participation and welcome panels and proposals on work(s) in progress. Proposals for papers and/or panels should be submitted electronically to NYSAEH president and conference co-organizer, Dr. Eric Platt: eplatt@sfc.edu[.] Please include an abbreviated c.v. with your proposal.

The New York State Association of European Historians is a genial regional historical association that welcomes innovative ideas and presentations. Our members are drawn from across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The conference is a great opportunity to participate in an intellectually engaging meeting.
