A space with tables and seating to get some work done and connect with others will be located in the Hilton Chicago’s Salon C Prefunction area and the Palmer House’s Fourth Floor Exhibit Hall. The community space will be available as a place to sit, check email, and chat with colleagues. Check the schedule by the entrance to see whether anything else is scheduled in the space.

Organizing a Meetup
Those interested in hosting an informal conversation with colleagues during the annual meeting can arrange a gathering in our community and coworking space. The AHA has set aside space for small group conversations about historical and professional issues. AHA members who have registered for the meting can sign up here to arrange a gathering in our meetup space. Meetups organized by December 15 will be listed in the online program and the meeting app. Organizers are encouraged to reach out to potential participants through social media.
