Reserving a Community Space

Interested in holding an informal conversation with colleagues during the upcoming annual meeting? The AHA has set aside space for small group conversations about historical and professional issues. AHA members who have registered for the meeting can sign up here to reserve a space. Community space meetups will be listed in the online program and the meeting app. Organizers are encouraged to reach out to potential participants through social media.

Meet Your Collaborators

Collaborating with a group of people that would like to meet face to face? The AHA can provide members registered for the meeting with a room for small group meetings during the conference—for example for board meetings, focus groups, or collaborative projects. Fill out this form to request a space. These rooms may not be used for job interviews.
