Donate to Support Graduate Students Attending the Annual Meeting

Established in 2015, the Annual Meeting Travel Support Fund helps subsidize graduate student attendance at the AHA annual meeting. The Travel Grants are available to AHA graduate student members regardless of their participation in the meeting program. Since the first awards in 2017, the program has funded over 110 students (50% of our applicants, chosen by lottery) at $200 each.

With the generous support of AHA members and donors, we hope to provide more travel grants for the upcoming AHA annual meeting in New York (January 3-6, 2020). The members of the AHA Council have once again pledged to match up to $6000 in donations to the Annual Meeting Travel Fund. Please consider donating today!

Students who are members of the AHA can apply for travel funds in mid-September. All applications are due by November 1.
