A copper chest engraved with blue, green, red and white enamel. This is a stunning example of medieval art from the church of Saint-Martial, in the diocese of Limoges. Christ is represented along with Mary Magdalene, the first bishop of Limoges, Saint Paul and a variety of evangelists.
