FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT The Dutch-Belgian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (DBSECS) will organize the fourteenth Congress of the International Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (ISECS) in Rotterdam the Netherlands, July 26-July 31, 2015. The Congress is the largest meeting for eighteenth-century scholars in the world. The Congress is open to all persons working professionally or privately on eighteenth-century issues. The theme of the Congress is Opening Markets. The Congress will be a marketplace for the exchange of ideas and topics relevant and related to the long Eighteenth-Century and the Enlightenment. We are looking forward to intense and inspiring discussions and debates around the theme and related topics. Discuss with colleagues from all over the world and beyond your perspective and research. The online registration for proposals of panel sessions and round table meetings is opened. The details for registration are on website www.ISECS2015.com under Registration. Please submit proposals for panel meetings before July 1, 2014. The online Call for Papers is scheduled to open in May 2014, we shall give details in our Second Announcement and on www.ISECS2015.com.
