  2. On the Choice home page, click on the My Profile link (as shown below)
  3. Fill out the information, and create a user name and password
  4. On your first visit to Choice, you must complete "My Profile.

Once you've created a Choice profile you will be able to access reviews through Choice without going through the AHA web site.
