Exhibits
The Exhibitor Prospectus was mailed out on April 3, 2009 to companies that exhibited at the 2009 Annual meeting. Those expressing interest in exhibiting, who have not exhibited before, should contact Kelly Elmore.
The 124th Annual Meeting will be held in San Diego, CA January 7-10, 2010. Exhibits will be located in the Douglas Pavilion of the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
All booths are 8' x 10' and cost $1,600.
Click here to download a pdf of the Exhibitor Prospectus. Exhibitors must return a signed unaltered contract with a minimum 50% deposit. Contracts are not posted on this site. They will be mailed out to those who exhibited in 2009 as well as those who contact the AHA's exhibits department.

Registration and Housing
An email was sent out to the main exhibitor contacts with instructions on how to register their booth staff the morning of October 1. Once registered, information on how to obtain housing at the AHA's deeply discounted rates will be available on the final confirmation page of the registration process. Housing information will also be included in the confirmation email and in the Registration Resource Center.
Decorator and Shipping
GES Exposition Services is the general services contractor for the 2010 Annual Meeting. The exhibitor kit was emailed out on October 16 from marketing@ges.com You may also find the exhibitor kit here.
