Breakfast is open to all and will be preregistered through the registration form (copy enclosed; form also available via AHA's home page on the World Wide Web: http://www.theaha.org). Preregistration is urged—a very limited number of tickets will be available through the meal ticket cashiers at the meeting. Cost: $26. Prepaid tickets can be picked up at the meal ticket cashier's window in the meeting registration area.
