Statement of Purpose: To locate, identify, restore, preserve, and memorialize military establishments which no longer serve in the roles for which they were originally created; and in furtherance of this purpose: To establish and maintain exhibits and museums; To conduct programs of exploration and research; To conduct educational and informational programs; To publish informational material; To cooperate with other organizations and entities; and to foster the creation of other organizations and entities having generally the same purpose.
